HS Hitting Program

This program is for 13u and up players looking to improve on their hitting in-season. The program will be led by coaches Darin Mastroianni, Peter MacFarlane, Brandon Dorshak, Mickey Leius, and Gene Larkin. We highly recommend pairing this program with our in-house lifting/training program with Training Haus. Please reach out with any questions regarding this.

Dates/Times

Program starts June 11th and finishes July 25th (runs Tuesday/Thursdays every week)


Players can sign up for 8-9am or 9-10am.


Ages

High School Hitting is for players aged 13-18u (what you will be playing this summer)


Cost

$400

(membership pricing applies to this program)

Program

Players can expect a typical practice to have a plan similar to

  • Warmup
  • Tee work (with player specific drills)
  • Short bat
  • Heavy bat
  • Front toss (with player specific drills)


This will all be done with work on batting practice, and off machines.
