Senior Summer Hitting Program
This program is for 13u and up players looking to improve on their hitting in-season. The program will be led by coaches Darin Mastroianni, Peter MacFarlane, Brandon Dorshak, and Gene Larkin. We highly recommend pairing this program with our in-house lifting/training program with Training Haus. Please reach out with any questions regarding this.
Dates/Times
Program starts June 9th and finishes July 24th.
Runs from 9-10am (if the number of registrants require it we will open an 8-9am option)
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
July 2nd we will take off for the Holiday
Ages
High School Hitting is for players aged 13-18u (what you will be playing this summer)
Cost
$450 for 2x a week
$550 for 3x a week
Program Standards
Players can expect a typical practice to have a plan with
- Warmup
- Tee work (with player specific drills)
- Short bat
- Heavy bat
- Front toss (with player specific drills)
This includes work on batting practice, and off machines.
